Currently the meetings are held at the QCWA Conference Room located at 89 - 95 Gregory Terrace, Spring Hill, Brisbane, Qld.
Visitors are welcome and there is no need to book.  The cost of attending a meeting is $10.

For those who wish to attend regularly it is necessary to join and the cost of annual membership is $25 which also gives access to the members' section of the website.

All profits from meeting fees and dues are used to increase the size of the club trading account and profits derived from trading the account are distributed to charities.

It is a requirement of Incorporation to notify those intending to join that the club does not have Public Liability Insurance.
